At Desk-Trainer Ltd., we are experts on office workplace ergonomics and exercises to reduce repetitive strain injury.

Desk-Trainer Ltd. develops, produces, protects and commercializes 5-7 minute movement exercise programs for pain reduction and Repetitive Strain Injury (RSI) injury prevention for employees and individuals using computer workstations, cellular telephones, blackberries and other devices. These exercise programs reverse computer injuries and other Repetitive Strain Injuries by using state of the art methodology that creates new, pain-free movement patterns. These exercises not only free the user from keyboard and mouse related aches and pains, they also reduce stress, and improve general fitness and well being. The exercises are applications of the Anat Baniel Method (sm) based on the work of well-known Israeli Dr. Moshe Feldenkrais. Desk-Trainer Ltd. is offering animated exercises for use with computers, mobile phones (3rd generation), PDAs, In-flight entertainment, play-stations and pay TV.

Desk-Trainer Ltd. was incorporated in December 2004 and is currently focused on translating the content into additional platforms for use on cellular telephones, PDA's and Video on Demand.  The content is also being translated into several languages, including  Swedish, German, French, Japanese, Spanish and Italian.
