Office workplace ergonomics - Tips to prevent computer eye strain

  Posture: Office workplace ergonomics

Try to sit in such a way that all of your joints (elbows, pelvis, knees and ankles) are at angles between 95° and 105°.

Place your feet flat on the floor or use a footrest.

Make sure that your back is well supported by the backrest.

Hold your head tilted slightly downward, with the imaginary line connecting your ears above your shoulders.

  Vision: Avoiding eye strain

If possible, look at the monitor slightly from above, or at least straight ahead. Never look up to the screen.

Glasses are preferable to contact lenses when working at your computer for long hours.
