Try to sit in such a way that all of your joints (elbows, pelvis, knees and ankles) are at angles between 95° and 105°. |

Place your feet flat on the floor or use a footrest. |

Make sure that your back is well supported by the backrest. |

Hold your head tilted slightly downward, with the imaginary line connecting your ears above your shoulders. |

If possible, look at the monitor slightly from above, or at least straight ahead. Never look up to the screen. |
